Captures all Employee related information like Grades, Designations, Allowances, Deductions, Loan and Leaves. Reports generated are: Payslip, Salary Register, Allowance Register, Salary Statement, TDS Statement, ESIC Register, Employee PFS, Form 6 & Form 3A.

The VRS package was computed for each employee as per the predefined norms. Employee details, Salary and Loan information was uploaded from various main frame systems. This information was used to compute the final packet to be paid to each employee eligible for the scheme.
