System tracks down enquiries and quotations made by the sales executives. The quotation entered is exported to a word document. Turnaround time as well as success ratios are monintored. Required information is transfered from the Financial Accounting system. Services calls are entered, scheduled and then assigned as per the accumulating knowledge database. Data from the Financial Accounting System is imported and used for generation of various Sales Reports.
